Chatting is a privilege and should only be available for ID-verified users. Furthermore, users should not be able to send messages to anyone or post sales threads until they’re ID-verified.

Report everything you can, please. Once we isolate the individuals, we can have better solutions for blocking that group out.

Just add next, they cant even comment or open a ticket for job without id verification if they are not buyers…

I want the ID thing be more strict and important here for all people which “can fix it”…
