You can now create group chats with up to 100 members and instantly notify your clients about new offers, restocks, opportunities, or limited slots. One message. One click. Less repetitive typing. Humanity briefly evolves.
To create a group:
• Open the left sidebar
• Click the 
next to CHAT MESSAGES
• Select “New Group Chat”
• Add up to 100 clients
• Send your update
Some clients will love it. Some will leave the group. That’s normal. If your services are solid, many buyers will appreciate having a direct communication channel with you.
Another underrated tool: BOOKMARKS.
That little ribbon icon inside PMs, chats, and tickets? Use it.
With bookmarks you can:
- Set reminders
- Add descriptions like “follow up with client”
- Choose an exact date and time
When the reminder triggers, SWAPD sends you a notification that takes you directly back to the bookmarked CHAT, PM, or Ticket.
