Are reviews permanently removed or just hidden?
All successful review removals performed through our service are permanent at the time of removal. We do not “suppress,” “hide,” or temporarily obscure content, and we do not manipulate listings through fake reviews, spam, or artificial activity of any kind. When a review is removed by Google, it is fully deleted from the listing.
However, due to changes in Google’s systems and reviewer behavior, a removed review may later reappear if the original reviewer manually reinstates or reposts it. If a review returns and is marked as “Edited”, this is considered a new action by the reviewer, not a failure of the original removal. In such cases, the original service is deemed successfully completed, and any further removal requires a new purchase.
What happens if the exact same review reappears?
It is extremely rare for removed reviews to reappear. When it does happen, it is typically caused by a temporary glitch or SERP/algorithmic issue on Google’s end. In those cases, we will remove the review again at no additional cost.
Following Google’s updates throughout 2025, if a review returns with the label “Edited”, this indicates that the reviewer noticed the removal and manually reinstated or reposted their review. This is not considered a reappearance under this policy. In such cases, a new removal purchase is required if you wish to have the review taken down again.
What if the original reviewer reposts the review after it’s removed?
While this scenario is extremely uncommon, it is ultimately outside of our control. Once a review is successfully removed, the service is considered complete. All removals are handled confidentially, and Google does not notify the original reviewer of any removal, reports, or related correspondence.
If a reviewer later chooses to repost or reinstate their content of their own accord, this is treated as a new review event and is not considered a reappearance or failure of the original removal. Any additional removal requests in such cases require a new purchase.

- Monetization: Issues in this category affect the ability to earn revenue from your content, such as eligibility for IG’s monetization features being revoked or not granted. This has no direct correlation with the visibility of your content but rather with policy adherence and qualifications for revenue generation.
Each of these categories represents different aspects of IG’s account management, requiring unique approaches and solutions.
