Hi
I have 13 Canadian mid-sized domains for sale. They were run as news websites earlier but have not been active since a while. The domain authority at one point was 70-72. It has now been steady around the 58-62 mark.
This is a great opportunity for a small to mid-sized PR agency that wants to develop their own IPs. When the sites were active, the cost per article in the reseller world was $150-180 and with the end clients, it was $300-$450. These domains are aged and to get to a stable DA of 60+, it takes both time and money. For reference, SEO vendors who help improve DA are currently able to go upto 50 only.
Price: $15000 for all domains or $1500/domain.

Why are we selling this?
As a company, we own a lot of news domains. We are still holding a few. We do not have the time and resources to run these.
How much can you make from each website?
It depends on your network and ability to sell. Realistically, 3k-5k/website is not difficult at all if you dedicate time to it.
How much money do you need to run the website?
It depends on how much you want to scale up and how much you invest in the content. Basic running cost can be as low as $300-400/month and there is no upper limit here.
Will my team help you run the site?
The aim is to offload these domains. If you need my help to run it, there will be a separate cost. The skills and ability to make money off a news website are something that we have acquired after years.
