SWAPD is a trusted middleman service dedicated to offering our users the safest way to buy, sell, or trade items and services of virtual nature. SWAPD opens doors for you to earn and rise to fame in the digital universe by connecting you with vast network of buyers, sellers, and opportunities.
Good question. Our company in Canada will have the same name (VEYYO), so we’re keeping the website and everything. We will most likely create a new client area for the new operation and keep the old one running for an extra year.
However, we’re 100% sure now the transition will be delayed, so the new deadline is February.
Billions are sent to creators on OF, TikTok, Twitch, etc., so it’s proven. A tipping system here would let users show appreciation for helpful posts, quick services, or even support someone who got scammed. It’s quick, easy, and a great way to build community.
Here’s how it could work:
Users deposit funds into their account (just like for auto bumps) and can tip others directly. Swapd could take a 10% transaction fee on tips , creating a new revenue stream. Users could withdraw funds once they hit a certain threshold, use them for auto bump credits, or even put them toward advertising on the platform. It’s a win for everyone—users get more flexibility, and Swapd gets more engagement and revenue.
“@onlyusernames tipped you 50 credits” … wow, what a notification.
This would be the top feature on Swapd, without a doubt.
I like @GOAT idea, tipping is always seen as you just got a great service from a seller and you really wanna apprieciate their work.
This is the most interesting part. However it should be Seller’s Success Ratio for “X” service, as he might deliver wikipedia pages but can’t UNBAN TikTok accounts when he says he can.
Sounds like some pretty cool, and well deserved upgrades to the platform. Looking forward to the seller ratio to be implemented.
Are Credit Card payments currently accepted? If yes, is it secluded to Credit Cards, or are Debit Cards accepted too?
Suggestion(s):
An upgrade to direct messages. DMs are an essential tool for buyers and sellers, and I feel the current system lacks a lot of necessary features, i.e. Quick Search, Filter By, Labels, Archiving, Deleting, etc.
An update to Profile Feedback:
the ability to select the ticket number for the feedback you’re going to leave, or an easy way to copy the ticket number from the ticket.
to ensure ticket numbers are being included with all profile feedback… a feature that prevents the feedback from being submitted if the ticket number isn’t included. This will help curve feedback abuse(as one can easily do many small currency exchanges, and build up many 5 star reviews)
The ability to ‘see more’ on profile feedback, as the current setup cuts off the text if it goes over a certain amount of characters… but there is no limit on how many characters you can include in your feedback. So there should either be a see more option, or limit on how many characters can be used.
Just checked out their website, and it looks like they’re available in my Country. Seems like a great site for both on-site transactions… and for first time clients who might be skeptical sending payment upfront.
Limited signatures & at a high premium i.e. $2,000/month. If you managed to secure pre-sales for 10 slots with a 12-month commitment, that could generate an additional $20,000/month.
You can already search DM’s. However, adding labels would be a nice feature, but 99% of people would not utilize them.
Yes, I suggested this a while back. There should be a box that’s dedicated to the ticket number and is a required field
Yes
Also, there should not be a limit on the # of feedbacks a user can post in a day. Currently it’s one every 24 hours. One feedback per ticket number, regardless of the timeframe they’re posted in.
Many of these ideas are great, but our devs are still working on previous things since August. Unfortunately, we’ve further stalled them with our Lusty.com project
But, I told them to hop back on the SWAPD train because we’ve been neglected lately, so expect to see lots of updates in the upcoming weeks.
Yep, endless improvements that can be made, so it’s hard to consistnetly focus on them. It’d be great to have a full-time dev for Swapd, though. You can find some pretty good talent in Pakistan for 250,000 - 400,000 PKR / month.
Also, it would be awesome to have a built-in roadmap where users can suggest ideas, vote on them, and see what’s in progress or already done.
You go to the first message of the ticket and use your cursor to highlight the big bold ticket number contained in the text, you right click it, hit copy, and then select paste once you navigate back to the other party’s feedback area by clicking their profile.
Currency exchanges count for feedback because they do offer information that that party has done successful exchanges.
If there’s no ticket number included, you can assume it wasn’t for a transaction. The text within the feedback generally indicates what the review was left for as well.
