*(Gold tier is the highest for BM’s without having a dedicated associate under BM above Gold there’s Platinum and Diamond)

These are mainly used for agencies and big advertisors

Yes, it’s used for agency ad accounts indeed.
But I wouldn’t say it’s all the same 1:1

Since people use this as agency ad account, but some agencies have dedicated reps under their BM for extra support
