🧨 $6K GONE in <1 Day? BIG IG ACCOUNT BANNED AGAIN UNDER <24h — Seller Still Demands Full Payment

Premium Sellers, Premium Prices… 1-Day Result

There should be a follow-up in the tickets of the recovered accounts to see how many are still active. I’m sure at least 30% of them left in less than 7 days without the account owner posting anything

swapd is supposed to be a platform to protect the seller, the account was disabled during the grace period and that’s what matters

My mistake was asking the client for a screenshot and going to sleep to continue in the morning. Now I know that if I have an open ticket, I shouldn’t eat, sleep, or go anywhere for 24 hours!

Excuse me, weren’t you the one who said this?

And I don’t know how many times I have to repeat that the account was disabled during the grace period

So you’re giving me the reason that I don’t have to pay this.

ā€œ30+ hours (potentially 52 hours, based on when buyer reported issue) - grace period was well passed.ā€

I think you still can’t differentiate between two things.

  1. THE ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS

  2. THE NOTIFICATION was received outside of the 24-hour window because I was waiting for a screenshot to show the seller (Jkr)

so i repeat
Now I know that if I have an open ticket, I shouldn’t eat, sleep, or go anywhere for 24 hours!

The industry is run by those of us who sell these services to clients, these hidden sellers who resell ā€œrepsā€ services are not, because when you have a reputation everyone would know that you charge thousands of dollars only to lose your account in less than 24 hours again and no one would want to work with you like that, that is why those of us who have the clients directly are the ones who make this possible, due to our impeccable reputation.

That’s why I’m writing this post, so that this can be changed and no one will agree to buy these services with this ā€œchocolate guarantees.ā€

So now you know, guys, if you work with JKR, don’t sleep, eat, or go out for 24 hours. Monitor the account every single minute because he’ll look for any loophole to get the money, which is the only thing he cares about!

ā€œIve delivered 100s and 100s of them…2 had an issue during the grace period. I unbanned one again and the other one (@Metalover ) didnt inform meā€

THIS IS THE NUMBER 1 LIE repeated by those who sell these services, which are very rare cases, speaking with several members this must happen at least 30% of the time but in 1-7 days

Now it turns out I’m the only one whose account has been closed again after being unabnned

If I’m the only one this has happened to in millions of cases, why don’t you just accept one loss?

It seems you did.

You reported the issue 52 hours after the grace period began - quite different from 24 hours. As per the screenshot, it was well over 24 hours as well. Please do not misconstrue things.

JKR already said in that ticket that it was 30-32 hours, because I was talking to him in a private message, because I am so naive that I believed that a seller with more than 1 million in sales would see a way to solve it, I did not go to write directly to the ticket

because you don’t say anything about this don’t sleep, eat, or go out for 24 hours. Monitor the account every single minute because he’ll look for any loophole to get the money, which is the only thing he cares about!

You’re using reputable sellers to sell your services because if you tried to sell this directly, your reputation would be gone in a day!

For example, all the big OnlyFans girls have groups where they tell each other everything, so within a day, someone would have said ā€œI paid 5-10k dollars and they shut me down in less than a day and wouldn’t refund me,ā€ and none of them would work with you anymore. That’s why you should resell this through reputable sellers because otherwise you wouldn’t even sell a pen!

If this is so strange, you should help the sellers a little and accept a loss once in a while!

Don’t try to win because of a late notification!

You informed me after grace. And no one is asking you to stay up for 24 hours but it would be very special of you to sleep for 24 hours at a stretch or 32 hours for that matter.

Also, your client didnt go private (part of my terms). And then I did offer help. You refused.

In any case swapd has made a ruling. This thread wont help you skip payment.

I opened this thread not for myself, not even for you, just to warn about instant recoveries, I even told you, ā€œI’m not earning anything from this ticket what you charge me is what i charge herā€

I made this thread for future honest people like me who get involved in these situations, where the client didn’t pay me and now I have to pay out of pocket for an account that fell within the grace period but was notified later, bc i was waiting for a screenshot

If this is so strange, you should help the sellers a little and accept a loss once in a while!

I’m sorry for your loss. But this is honestly not the mistake of the seller.

#1 - Always be VERY clear with the buyer as to what the conditions of the delivery are. If the service is risky then be upfront to the buyer that you’ll deliver the service but there are zero warranties as this a risky service, and take upfront payment.

#2 - Always keep a bit of a ā€˜breathing space’ for yourself. If your plug says 24 hours warranty, then tell your client no warranty. OR … if you want to give your buyer a 24 hour warranty then at least get the plug to agree to a 72 hour warranty. This way you avoid the race against time conditions given there are 3 or 4 parties involved (Your Client, You, Seller, SWAPD) and delays in communication are bound to happen.

#3 - Negotiate actual warranties from the seller when you can. And if you can’t, then don’t do the deal to begin with.

#4 - Don’t put yourself in a losing position of a deal if you don’t have the appetite for it. If you’re taking no pre-payment from the client + doing risky services = you better have the appetite to take a loss, or else you’ll end up in a bad position.

I’ve done dozens of deals with JKR. One of them was a rather complex/high-value/risky job. What did I do? I asked them to give me a 10 day warranty. I was very clear on it. We both agreed to the conditions and the pricing. JKR respected the warranty period as they should. And we all walked out happy.

While I took 10 day warranty from JKR, I told my client it’s a 5 day warranty (again, breathing space).

And I told the client very clearly that this is a risky/complex service. We don’t own M. There is only so much we can do. And they should go ahead with the deal if they understand the risks.

Hopefully this helps!

this is the longest most unuseful usage of the VIP thread lol litearlly besides giving my boy @Jkr123 free publicity lol not that he needs it.
bad luck mate, you waved the damn period yourself like litearlly.

You as a buyer have the right to ask for this, heck, even 5000 days warranty. Just make sure to negotiate it with the seller prior to starting the ticket, and make sure to include it in the terms.

You found one bit of information that has nothing to do with your ticket. That’s not a policy, that’s my personal opinion you are highlighting. The final terms in the checkout ticket are what we go by and try to uphold.

This definitely interesting…

I do have to agree that the seller did technically abide by the terms. I do understand that this was a misfortune, but the fact that your client should have went private and did not (does cause things to get messed up) by itself is a violation of the agreement and the seller should be held liable.

I do feel bad that this came to a dispute and not both parties are leaving with smiles on their faces, and trust me for every seller it still impacts them once they are in a dispute even if they end up getting the money.

I would hope you both come to an agreement and a resolution as this had been concluded and decision has been made.

Both of you are professionals so i recommend you still portray yourselves in such manner.

@Jkr123 is a reputable seller with no doubt that he can get things done, it’s definitely better to have him on your side than the other.

Wish you both the best of luck!

That’s bullshit of course. 1-2 days banned again? What a joke

@Best hit the nail on the head, this restore access business has flaws. Adding to it, it’s flawed on every side: buyer, seller, and Swapd and it’s no ones fault. The fact that there is potential to get an restore access and it’s banned again right away sucks, but it is what it is. Reps want paid.

To fix the flaw, I think reps should be the ones who have to restore access again and give reasons it was banned and give fixes. They are paying no one. As a matter of fact, they are breaking the bylaws of their company and it’s sweat equity to them.

So they should pony up and guarantee their work.

Now, if something gets unbanned, banned again, then unbanned…that’s it. No more gimmy’s. You know what time it is.

It sucks, but it’s the algorithm’s doing it and everyone should know this before going into it.

The sellers need to press their reps, but that likely won’t do anything.
