Hey guys,
I’m currently in a dispute with @Jkr123 because i hire an instant recovery service, the account was banned again under 24 hours, but I never thought that asking for the screenshot to my customer and going to sleep will cost me 6000 dollars.
Because that caused the grace period time window to expire and now they’re asking me to pay just for a late notification, even though the service failed the first 24 hours.
Even if it had happened just outside the grace period (which was not the case), is it fair for a $6,000 recovery to fail in 30–36 hours?
That’s not a recovery — it’s temporary access at best.
SWAPD staff themselves acknowledge that most failures happen within 24–48 hours:

The seller now argues:
“If I’m not informed during the grace period, I expect to get paid.”
But that treats the grace period like a legal shield — not a tool for buyer protection.
The service collapsed in less than two days. Shouldn’t recovery methods be durable enough to last more than 36 hours — especially at this price point?
I’m trying to raise the money, but I definitely don’t recommend anyone using instant recovery services. I’ve spoken to several members, and this has happened to many people. You could be the next one…
Even the @swapd team made the decision based on the time in a screenshot.
Which is ridiculous because obviously EVERYONE here has different times, and the screenshot wasn’t taken instantly after the account was disabled…
The worst part is that I raised these points with swapd, and they insist on taking a screenshot as proof. If that were the case, the seller didn’t provide a screenshot from when the account was active.
Be careful; many of us speak in a friendly and amicable manner here, but you should know that anything you write can be used against you and used in a literary way to force you to pay unfairly.
Remember that if you hire one of these services you won’t have to sleep and monitor the account for 25 hours!
