FB In-Stream Ads Country Eligbility

I have a FB page that has fulfilled the requirements for FB in-stream ads but has been applied for the program from a non-eligible country. Now, in the Monetization > In-Stream Ads, it’s written “None of the selected Pages are eligible for in-stream ads. Select a Page that’s eligible for in-stream ads to see your settings.”

Is there any chance to apply again or any way to be able to add the in-stream ads to the videos on that page? Or this page is not possible to monetize until that country is eligible for the program? Does anyone have a similar experience to this?

create another payout account and choose an eligible country when doing that, and then contact support and ask them to transfer the page to the new payout account, search on youtube how to change payout account , there are videos, i hope this helps. (worked for me)
