A friendly reminder to mark your topic as sold or closed once it's no longer available

We’ve received multiple reports of subcontractors not marking their listings as sold or closed once an item is no longer available.

Please mark your listing SOLD as soon as your checkout ticket closes, don’t leave it sitting active. Buyers keep messaging on listings that have already sold or no longer available, which wastes everyone’s time.

How to mark a topic as sold or closed:

1. Open your topic
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Click the lock icon
4. If the account is no longer available but not sold, select Close
5. If it sold, select Close + Mark Sold
