You’d think this would’ve been the setup from the beginning, right? We thought so too, but when we asked the original creator of the ticket plugin, they said it wasn’t possible. Well, guess what? It is now! Your message inbox will now only show messages, while tickets will live in their own dedicated tab. For those who do a lot of business on SWAPD, this change is going to be a game-changer.

At SWAPD, we care for our users (citation needed), so much that we are committed to repairing our badly designed website!

The update will roll out within the next 24 hours.
