They took it because I finished work without opening a ticket, let’s say if it’s about deindexing the article and I estimate that the chance is small, I thought it’s better not to open a ticket, but when and if I’m done we just open a ticket and the client pays (I wanted to reduce the workload of the admins and everyone) but obviously it’s better to force, destroy time and overload the admins for every ticket. Their site their rules :wink:

As a buyer, this has happened to me many times.

They did the process without opening a ticket.

Then I found out, they acted like it was part of their job, and I opened the ticket.

I did it so they could make money and not lose out.

Sometimes people do these things, but I don’t think it’s with bad intentions.
