AdBreaks Automatic placements vs Choose placements

Wanted to know your guys opinions on these 2 adbreaks options?

My RPM fluctuates between $2.40 to $3

I personally use Automatic placements and it gives me great results, i was wondering if “Choose Placements” would be better does anyone use it?
