Why is it that illegal and unethical services are allowed here, but when I offer legal and ethical services, they’re shut down?
Tons of people are banning competitors on IG & WhatsApp, filing fake hacked account requests to acquire usernames, illegally scraping and selling bulk emails, etc., but I’m barred from doing something that’s both ethical and legal.
Someone please enlighten me. Am I wrong?

what was the service?
I offered to lookup anyones cell phone # in the United States, all of which is aggregated public info. I have an agreement with a data company to be able to access and use this data specifically for marketing purposes.

One I don’t understand is mass DM on IG and Twitter. It’s done directly by my team we actually built the tech.
It’s also not used to spam it’s used to actually say remind followers an even is coming up or something like that
Yeah, it makes no sense. I can tag 50+ people here who are doing illegal and unethical services so I’m confused why several of mine have been shut down.
This should be allowed if operating within the parameters of the companies. But even if it weren’t, tons of people here are NOT operating within the parameters I.e. filing fake requests, selling impersonation meta verified accounts, verifications, etc, all of which is prohibited by the networks.
Of course swapd staff can choose to run this company whichever way and I thank them for the opportunity letting us operate. I’d suggest however, opening up everything and let the buyers and sellers be responsible for their decisions. It could go wrong but also someone who wants trouble will find elsewhere if not here. whereas e.g. I know an agenecy charges 2500 a month to just mass DM for a client of mine. They don’t even show the DMs being sent, 0 monitoring just take my word business model. on Swapd that would go better.
I applaud them for what they’ve built and for being strict in certain areas that can cause a lot of disputes, like methods, botted streams, etc. but I also think they should allow anything as long as it includes proper disclosures.
I just can’t wrap my head around why me getting public data of a Spotify executive that I’m legally allowed to get, use, and sell for marketing purposes considered bad, but all of this other stuff on the site isn’t
I have done over 60 bans on this site, all of them had valid proof with screenshots, recording and legitimate reason for the ban.
Admins always ask for the proof not just words but actual screenshots and all that, and someone of the time many of my tickets was closed due to not having the ethical reason, I have never banned any competitions.
Well the service you are selling basically shows contacts and Personal info lookup and all that so SWAPD probably doesn’t wanna deal with legal actions.
Just like they ask you for proof on the validity of unbans, they could easily ask me for proof that I have the legal right to see, use, sell, and market to this data vs outright shutting me down.
And I’m glad they ask for proof on bans. But what about the unethical methods of top sellers here who do lookups to get info on desired handles and then file fake requests to obtain them?
They can find phone number associated with a handle?
Yes. I can as well 
but yeah that’s how they claim 1-5 letter handles & sometimes active ones. They get the info from the desired and act like they own it because they’re able to verify the info on it
