As of 19/05/2021, opening disputes on tickets older than 90 days will not be possible

Starting today, we’re introducing new dispute policies for all transactions conducted on SWAPD. The change affects all tickets immediately.

Buyers will no longer be able to start a dispute for tickets older than 90 days, starting from the date of ticket closure.

Why are we doing this? Because we believe there should be a cut-off date for support, as our industry is very rocky and in our opinion, 90 days is more than enough to establish that what you purchased is OK. Another reason is the number of attempted disputes we sometimes receive for transactions that are well over a year old. Deleted properties, removed badges, and whatever other problems the social world may throw at you are the result of the unforgiving social media industry. Buyers need to accept the fact that this business model isn’t a safe investment, as unfortunate as that may sound.

We hope everyone understands and thank you for complying.

looks like PayPal :money_with_wings:

Exactly, only worse. Because PayPal allows 180 days for a dispute. In conclusion, SWAPD is worse than PayPal.

So to make this clear, let’s say what someone is selling takes 200 days to do, there’s no refunds, or is it that once your ticket is completed, you only have 90 days to get a refund if something went terribly wrong with the purchase you made.

You have 90 days FROM the date of ticket closure to open a dispute. That doesn’t necessarily mean you will get a refund, though.
