Today we celebrate someone really special, the one and only SWAPD! An incredible leader who inspires by example! 
SWAPD isn’t just the person who built SWAPD, he’s someone who has changed so many of our lives. I got to spend 2 weeks traveling with him recently, and honestly, I saw how amazing he is off-screen. Here’s a little of what I’ve come to know:
- He’s super sweet, and genuinely cares about people
- Always ready to help, no matter what
- Full of energy, and positivity
- The kind of person who makes everyone feel valued

Most of the time, when we went out, drove around, and saw amazing places, I noticed how carefully SWAPD managed our daily work, checking notifications, looking for members, and making sure everything was running smoothly.
