To engage in our auctions, you must:

SWAPD Auction Rules and Code of Conduct

  • SWAPD reserves the right to exclude participants from any auction at our discretion.
  • We may also remove any bids deemed suspicious without prior notice.
  • Non-payment by auction winners will result in SWAPD membership termination.
  • Maintain professionalism and politeness. Avoid expressing personal opinions about the value or quality of auction items as it’s a place of business.
  • Be cautious with Max bids. Do not place exaggerated amounts you are not willing to pay. Failure to honor a winning max bid can lead to a ban.
  • Auctions cannot be canceled once live.
  • In the event of website errors or failures during an auction, SWAPD.co reserves the right to determine the winner at our discretion or relaunch the auction in rare cases.
  • Adhere to the payment rules specified in each auction. Payment methods, which include USDT/USDC, credit cards (for certain user levels), and bank wires, cannot be changed without the auction owner’s consent.
  • The SWAPD fee calculator does not provide estimates for auction-related costs.
  • Dual listings (auction and regular listing) for the same asset/service are prohibited.
  • Post-auction, transactions convert into Checkout Tickets subject to standard SWAPD rules. A 24-hour grace period is provided for buyers to verify the seller’s claims.
  • All bids and offers in auctions are made in USD.
