SWAPD auction rules and code of conduct:
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to remove you from any auction.
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to remove any suspicious bids without prior notification.
- Members who have not paid after winning an auction will have their SWAPD membership terminated.
- Be polite and keep personal opinions to yourself. Sellers present detailed statistics of each property and sharing your personal thoughts such as: “this isn’t a good asset” or “the activity sucks” are not welcomed here. This website is a place of business. Therefore, we kindly ask you to act professionally.
- Max bids are not to be taken lightly. Members are encouraged not to post ungodly amounts they aren’t willing to compensate just so they can win at the last minute. When another user posts a very high bid, the system will increase the bids to the highest max bid previously placed. You will be obliged to pay the full amount. If not, you will be banned from our website.
- Once an auction goes live, it cannot be canceled.
- Errors and mistakes caused by our website may sometimes happen, especially during an auction. If an auction fails for unforeseen reasons, SWAPD.co reserves the right to pick the winner based on our judgment. In rare cases, we re-launch the auction.
- Payment rules are posted on each auction/offer. Unless the auction owner agrees, buyers cannot switch payment methods. SWAPD accepts BTC, USDT, ETH, and bank wires.
- Our SWAPD fee calculator does not estimate auction costs.
- Members are not allowed to have two listings (an auction and a regular listing) for the same asset/service.
- Auctions, upon completion, get converted into Checkout Tickets. They fall under the same rules all SWAPD transactions do. Buyers will have a 24-hour grace period to ensure the sellers’ claims were truthful.
- All auction offers are made in USD currency.
