So if you are saying this makes 60K per yearā€¦ it would be crazy to give this up for under 4x or 5x annual earnings.

If it truly makes 60K per year, the price should be at least 3 or 4x the annual revenue

well the tax thing isnā€™t really a factor because if he sells for 25k and gets taxed 50% then heā€™d also get taxed 50% from the 5000 per month so itā€™d be 2500 per month.

90% of online stores donā€™t sell for some ebitda multiple, its unrealistic to think that.

especially a small store, no one is paying multiples of annual returns for stores unless its a real life brand with an audience (doing millions in revenue yearly)

go look at 90% of ecom store sales and youā€™ll see how itā€™s normally a highly discounted rate due to the longevity associated. ecom stores doing $500k a quarter sell for 100k and below a lot of the time
