Dont waste your time.
You wont be getting a dofollow backlink from Uber nor will HARO yield any decent results (if you are going to hire someone for 1k).
PS: I sold links for years and did HARO as well so i know what i am talking about. Anyone tries to convince you otherwise is an opportunists and you will depart with your money for sub-par results.

@IGManagement Thanks for your honest opinion. I already have an expired domain with Uber backlinks and will just 301 redirect it.
You can try but 301 works in about 50% or less cases.
You’d be better off if you rebuild the old site using web archive and then give yourself a Frontpage link.
