Buying on SWAPD - Buyer responsibilities

SWAPD: A Marketplace Focused on Quality and Security

At SWAPD, we aim to be the top digital rights marketplace by enforcing strict quality control, rules, and thorough moderation. We actively monitor every listing on our site, but it’s crucial for buyers to also do their due diligence. While we offer a money-back guarantee for properties found to be artificially boosted with bots or fake accounts, the responsibility to verify the property’s history, stats, income proof, etc., lies with the buyer.

Tips for Buyers

Before making a purchase, consider these essential steps:

  • Verify Stats: Don’t hesitate to ask for recent and historical statistics. You’re not obliged to buy if the stats don’t meet your criteria. Sellers should willingly provide this information.
  • Inquire About Past Issues: Check if the property has faced any unpublishing or bans that might impact its value. Be aware of any restrictions, like name change blocks or merge bans.
  • Ensure Authenticity: Research to ensure the property isn’t hacked. A simple Google search with the property name and ‘hacked’ can reveal a lot.
  • Get a Comprehensive History: Understand if the property was grown organically or through automation/shoutouts. Ask about any software used for engagement boosting. Ensure that you know if the original email account is included if that’s important to you.

Remember: While SWAPD staff will assist you, our responsibility is limited to ensuring a safe transaction process. We can’t be held accountable for issues beyond our control, such as:

  • Hacked properties
  • Low or undesirable activity
  • Hidden complications
  • Unpublished or banned properties
  • Recovered properties
  • Lost verification badges

Post-Transaction Grace Period

After a transaction, you have a 24-hour grace period to verify if the sold items/services match the description and agreed terms. It’s crucial to report any issues within this timeframe; failing to do so means we will proceed with finalizing the transaction.
