Can't access Swapd from Nigeria?

When did we enter the block list?

I’ve always bought stuff from Swapd for over a year now and to my suprise I see that my usual IP is blocked? I’ve had to switch to a US VPN to make this post.

Just wanted to confirm, is this a thing now or just an error?
