My friend has the problem that he used to live in a country, where the TikTok creativity beta isn‘t avalibile.
He moved into another country, and by coincidence, the new country he is living in, TikTok has the creativity fund beta avalible.
He meets all requirements but doesn‘t get the option within the app to appeal for creativity fund beta. Is there something we can do about it?
To change the TikTok region, you can follow these steps:

It seems like TikTok is still kinda refering to the country the account was created from. You may change in-app region to see other content, but the core remains somehow in the original country.

What speaks against these methods is that my friend really is in the country where creativity fund beta exists. It just doesn‘t show for him the option. He would not have the need to spoof his location.

Yeah, that topic really is a pain. Even TikTok Support couldn‘t help us, they kept claiming that he doesn‘t meet criteria. The only criteria he could not made would be that he is from an ineligible country, which he was.
Account was created in the country where beta is exist ?
No, he created the account in a contry where beta not exists.
But since more than half a year he lives in a country where beta does exist.
Doesn’t matter, tiktok says you needs to be 90 days in the country so that’s why I gave the method.
You need to pay someone else to do it.
Its all set to the country he lives in now, still no option.
Better to buy a new account with creative beta program , start fresh

He has quite a reach on his TikTok, i told him that days ago and understand that he doesn‘t want to start all over

spoofing location seems to do nothing for me, because the account was originally created in australia where the program is not out yet
