This happens when an account is hacked/pulled by changing the information through support.
Not true, there are a lot of hacked/pulled accounts circulating on other markets and they don’t have this. I have only encountered this bug with accounts from a certain area.
Not all accounts that are pulled have this, but all accounts that have this are pulled. 
How do you know that?
I have seen accounts like this going around and their history is always sketchy. There’s no other explanation for it as it can’t happen when changing the information traditionally through the app.
TikTok has a lot of bugs that don’t really have explanation 
I can’t check the entire history of an account or trust what someone is saying when buying, the only important thing for me is that it’s completely secure.
