Some not verified accounts are buyers also.
Good decision
Just Curious.
Seller promised a 100% success rate but failed to deliver, wasting time and locking up funds for weeks. Can such cases be disputed? Lately, many sellers guarantee a 100% success rate, only to waste time and hold funds forweeks. As the deadline approaches, they slowly reply or ghost or don’t give an update as they know the outcome is not as expected. In the end, admins close the ticket due to TAT expired.
I’ve encountered this with several sellers recently. Can such cases be disputed and penalty can be given to Seller?
What happens if dispute is done after ticket completed already? Let’s say 1 month later.
100% they should be, this has been my experience with the majority of my purchases on swapd, they promise the world, fail to deliver and then let the clock expire. Buyer loses on all fronts.
In such cases, yes. I believe it would be fair.
Same applies. Losing party gets account on hold, has to pay us to keep using SWAPD.
No. Hard to police at scale. Cases can fail for a number of reasons; it’s part of the game and life. You can leave negative feedback if this occurs to you.
Exactly, @SWAPD. When you post a buyer request, many new accounts message, claiming they can do the job and asking to PM. In reality, they try to take the deal offsite or demand upfront payment, even though they can’t open a ticket since they’re unverified. So frustrating!
