I spent a week sending dozens of emails to Facebook/Meta Support, filling out the form on Instagram & spent HOURS on the phone with Facebook advertiser support.

Glad to vouch for @Thanos.

He is one of the most knowledgeable individuals about Instagram. Multiple vendors thought it was a permanent ban. But due to Thanos’s particular way, we learned the account was disabled for impersonation and not permanently banned. He recovered the account within a couple of hours.

We almost opened a five figures ticket with another vendor. Thank you again @Thanos, for being so honest and the instantaneous communication.

Unfortunately they are just completely inflexible. I have created a new premium account with the companies name and I stated that my account got disabled for whatever reason and I would like to merge it with this new account and this is the reply I received:

Do you possibly have any connections who could change the email behind the profile? Again, we know the password, know the phone number connected (but we’re not getting phone number option to verify) we also know the 2 factor to the profile. Also, we could even prove that we have access to the email hat is disabled and also that we have ownership of the account.

I’m not giving up on the ProtonMail side but I would like to know that would you be able to help in such a case.
