I tried his service to have the Yelp business page completely removed, but he was unable to complete the task. If you decide to work with this seller, I recommend getting a refund fee paid by the seller in your ticket, as he couldn’t fulfill the service. We lost almost $40 due to the incomplete work, and he has refused to share the refund fee. Just a heads-up.

As I texted @Hepaphras this morning for yelp review removal, he asked our yelp review page info. then I haven’t heard anything from him yet, of course, he had promised that he could delete our Yelp page completely, which was a big lie, now I am very cautious about this guy…

The only reason we’re unable to completed the removal of the Yelp business page is that you haven’t fulfilled the final requirement for this process. If you had done that, the project would have been completed by now.

You never mentioned the final requirement as part of the project at any point. At the end of the project, you asked us to post a closure notification on the website for 3 days for Yelp to verify, which is totally unacceptable. We were led to believe the Yelp business listing removal process would be completed without this added step. I feel this situation has been misrepresented…
