You knowingly engaged in offsite sales. And you upsell a service on swapd that’s already sold on swapd, which is not allowed.

@ricardogarcia is a legit guy, I haven’t done any transaction with him but in terms of communication, answering questions and in everything he always tries his best.
And what happened is not right, I hope everything will be sorted and he will get his money back.
