Hello I had my Facebook payout linked to my Payoneer account then they asked me for a Bank Statement due to ‘Unusual Activity’ I forwarded them three times some documents from my payoneer but they rejected three times then my payout got disabled, then all my page earning sources got demonetised so then I created my new payout under my LLC & a legit banking account but I could of not transferred there, contacted meta payout teams multiple times they could of not helped me, so what’s my solution if someone had fixed this issue before im willing to pay for the service!
Hi. Once Meta disables a payout method it’s really hard to get it back. The safest option is to keep pushing Meta support with proper bank docs (not Payoneer statements). If anyone here has managed to reinstate theirs, would be good to hear too.
Once Meta disables payouts due to repeated document rejection, it’s usually permanent. The only solution is to open a new account with a clean payout setup under your LLC and stay compliant. No one can restore the old payout once it’s flagged.
We can’t even transfer the page earning sources into the new payout account right, or there is a way out?
This happens when Meta flags your payout docs as invalid. If the payout is disabled, you can’t transfer earnings to the new LLC account directly. The fix most people used is to create a fresh Business Manager under your LLC, add your legit bank there, and submit matching documents again. Then contact Meta Business Support via live chat and request a payout reset that’s how a few creators recovered their monetization. Avoid paying random people; only go through verified Meta channels to stay safe.

Service Available
The Payoneer was in your personal name, and the new payout is in your LLC, this is exactly why Meta blocked the monetization transfer they now require you to prove the business and the individual are legally connected (ownership link).
What We Must Do
We need to file a Policy Override Appeal (NOT a payout appeal).
We are going to tell Meta:
The business is legit
The LLC is owned by you
You are simply moving payout from personal → business bank, this triggers Internal Risk & Payments Team review (the team that can actually re-enable monetization).
Documents You Need to Prepare
You must upload 3 things, and they must match perfectly
Document Format Notes
LLC Certificate / Registration Proof Clear PDF Must show business name and state/country registration
Operating Agreement (or document showing YOU are the owner) PDF This is the ownership link Meta requires
Official Bank Statement (from the new LLC bank) PDF (last 90 days, no edits) Must show business name and bank logo and account number (last 4 is fine)
NO Payoneer PDFs. No screenshots.
This is where most people fail.
Exact Message to Use When Submitting the Appeal
Use this message word when opening the monetization appeal:
Hello Meta Payments Team,
My payout was previously connected to a personal Payoneer account. I have now registered an LLC and opened a legitimate business bank account for the purpose of receiving payouts correctly under my business entity.
I believe the restriction was applied due to the mismatch between the previous personal payout account and my business name. I am submitting the following verified documents to confirm the legitimacy and ownership:
• LLC Company Formation/Registration Document
• Operating Agreement confirming I am the owner of the LLC
• Business Bank Account Statement (last 90 days, issued by the bank)
I kindly request a manual review and a policy override so that my business can receive payouts correctly under the new entity.
Thank you.
Where To Submit This Appeal
Don’t go to payout support they cannot fix this, go to the Facebook support link and select
Monetization → Monetization Eligibility → Appeal Decision
Upload your 3 documents + the message above.
This routes the case to the Meta Internal Risk & Payments Review Team. Timeline, First review is 3–7 days, If it escalated 7–21 days.
Don’t panic if they say “case forwarded” that’s good.
Important thing to notice
Don’t re-submit multiple appeals, one clean, professional appeal is better than 5 rushed ones.
