Hello i have to cases one fb account disable and the other one 77 days left to be disabled, i want to recover any of this account

Disabled Facebook Account (already disabled)
Go to the Facebook Help Center appeal form: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907
Fill in your full name (as on the account), upload a valid government ID, and explain briefly that your account was disabled by mistake.
Submit and wait — response times vary (from days to weeks).
- Account with “77 days left” warning
That usually means Facebook flagged your account and gave you a chance to fix it.
Steps:
Secure your account: Change password, remove suspicious apps, turn on two-factor authentication.
Review violations: Check your Support Inbox on Facebook (Redirecting...) for the exact reason and submit an appeal if allowed.
Avoid new violations: Don’t post content that violates FB rules until the restriction clears.
Your best shot is appealing the already disabled account with an ID, and for the other, make it compliant before the 77 days are up.

But have you tried using Any valid government ID like SSN/ NIN

And I will advice you use main Facebook app not lite

the locked account for 75 days look like this. you cant change 2fa or smth else you just download some information and logout thats all
Your account has been suspended for more than 180 days
I think from that you are verifying late
Am afraid it has been permanently disabled

there was no button to send selfie or other documents , i need to find a link to appeal for disable or locked account ( i also contacted live support chat but they are like amateur they dont help at all) idk
If your Facebook account is disabled or locked and you don’t see the option to upload a selfie or documents, you’ll need to use Facebook’s official appeal forms:

If neither form works, try logging into your account from a browser (not the app) — sometimes the option to upload ID or selfie only appears there.
Since live chat support didn’t help, your best route is to submit the appeal through these forms and keep checking your email for Facebook’s reply.
