Hello. I have an issue with my facebook business account. need support as my new pages I can not run ads for. When I contacted Facebook this was their response: After analyzing your account, I have found out that your account payments are disabled at a user level, and because of this you are being prevented to advertise on Facebook or Instagram. This may happen when your identity or one of your payment methods couldn’t been verified.
