Does the Facebook chat (concierge) actually verify accounts. I have 2 verified pages and access to chat but they never seem to be able to forward verification requests? I attempt every few weeks as I have no portal access

We bought the land for around 50k
Construction would take around 110k more
Got some good clients offsite now
First we had a land which we bought some years ago,
Now in February we bought the next land to that old one and merged them both 
So now we have a 2700sq. Feet land in total
