Can we leave reviews for admins based on our transactions?
I believe it would be a great idea to allow users to leave reviews for admins based on the transactions they help manage ( I’ve never done this or heard about it before). This could significantly increase the number of feedbacks on admin and agent profiles, helping to build more trust and transparency on the platform.
Of course, the review system should allow only positive feedback since the admins are not participants in the deals themselves, but rather facilitate and support transactions. Allowing users to leave reviews after each completed transaction would give admins welldeserved credit for their work, improve the platform’s reputation, and motivate admins to continue providing a high level of service.
If I were running a website like this, I would appreciate having such a system, where users can express their satisfaction and publicly acknowledge the support they received from admins or agents. In the long run, this small feature can contribute to stronger community engagement and give new members more confidence when using the platform.
