How to get Facebook Client Support Portal

I’ll show you how to get access to the Client Support Portal. It’s not the Media Portal, but it can handle most Facebook/Instagram requests.

  1. Start by logging into your Facebook account on your computer using Chrome.

  2. Convert your Instagram account to a Business profile and connect it to your Facebook on your phone.

  3. In the same browser tab on your PC, visit business.facebook.com and set up a new Business Manager.

  4. Now, on your phone, promote any two posts with a budget of $5-$20 each.

  5. Patience is key! Wait for your ads to be approved.

  6. Once your ads are up and running, open Safari or Chrome on your phone and log in to your Facebook account.

  7. Paste and go to this link in the same browser tab:
    Redirecting...

  8. Congratulations! You now have full access to the form for claiming usernames, lifting bans, and more. Essentially, you can handle any Facebook or Instagram request!
