This is not a downtime notice. SWAPD will remain fully operational during this period.
What to expect?
• Support responses will continue as normal, but may take longer than usual
• All platform operations remain active
• Subcontractor payouts will continue and remain within our established payout timelines, but processing may take additional time
We are sharing this in advance so expectations are clear. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this period.
TL;DR: The only staff fully available during that time will be @Alpha, @1999, and @Rapunzel.
