Teal and I have had a respectful conversation via chat and have reached a mutual understanding. While this situation has been a learning experience for him, I appreciate his perspective, and he acknowledges that I have fulfilled all the promises outlined in the listing.
There are several potential reasons for the issues he is experiencing with his account. To clarify, when opening a ticket with me this includes clear Terms of Service (TOS) that all buyers must follow. If these guidelines are not adhered to, I cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise post-delivery. My role was to deliver exactly what was agreed upon, which I did.
For context, I provided full access to a verified and legitimate Google Ad Grant account. However, prior to the closure of the ticket, Teal or his client made changes to the account, including creating campaigns and optimizing settings, without consulting me or following my advice on best practices. Unfortunately, this was outside the scope of our agreement and, in fact, contrary to the guidelines provided.
One notable action taken was the integration of Google Tag Manager for tracking, which is not recommended for Google Ad Grant accounts. Instead, I strongly advise using third-party tracking tools like ClickMagick to ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of the account. Teal has since learned this, but unfortunately, the damage had already been done.
Additionally, I always recommend using primary domains exclusively—no subdomains or redirecting links—as these practices can lead Google to flag the account for link cloaking. Since my access to the account was revoked, I cannot confirm the exact domain setup used, but this could be another contributing factor.
It’s important for buyers to recognize that managing Google Ad Grant accounts requires a different approach than regular ad accounts. Adhering to best practices is essential to maximizing the benefits of these grant accounts and ensuring their long-term success.

This was the only guideline not followed, and it happened by accident. However, you mentioned it shouldn’t matter too much. That said, it doesn’t make sense that our campaigns are still spending $0.

This is true. These accounts just don’t perform well when it comes to spending. I’m starting to question if they’re worth the investment.
Our campaigns have spent $0 in almost two weeks. I’m now inquiring with a Google Grants accounts marketing specialist for further insights.
To be clear, @digitaldon has delivered what he promised. I’m not leaving a negative review for him or his delivery. It’s just that the product hasn’t worked well for me yet and I want to be honest about my experience.
