- How It Works: @help uses our extensive Knowledge Base to provide you with accurate answers. Just click on the @help username and click Chat to begin.
Step 2: Message @Administrators
- Escalating Issues: If @help doesn’t solve your issue, send a Private Message (PM) to @Administrators for further assistance.
- Group Contact: Avoid contacting individual staff members directly. Messaging @Administrators ensures quicker and more organized support. To send a PM, click on @Administrators and press Message.
Step 3: Ask the SWAPD Community
- Community Support: If the @help bot couldn’t resolve your issue and if SWAPD staff seems to be offline, turn to your peers in the General chat room.

- No Chat Support for Tickets: Please remember that SWAPD staff does not provide support via chat for issues related to Checkout Tickets.
