The May review reinstatement incident served as an important reminder that platforms such as Google can modify their systems, policies, and enforcement mechanisms at any time.
As a result, we encourage all clients and resellers to set realistic expectations regarding reputation management services. Please avoid advertising or implying that any review removal service is “permanent” or guaranteed to remain removed indefinitely. No provider can genuinely make that promise, as future platform decisions remain outside of anyone’s control.
While we continue to deliver industry-leading results and stand behind our work, the long-term status of any removed review will always depend on future actions taken by the platform itself.
The May incident demonstrated that even successfully removed reviews can potentially be affected by large-scale platform updates. Transparency and proper expectation-setting are therefore more important than ever.
