This is my first listing on SWAPD, but I’m not new to this space. I’ve been working in reputation management and digital cleanup for years, handling cases across multiple industries, and I’m a trusted name in the reputation repair space.
I help businesses deal with problematic Google / Google My Business (GMB) reviews through structured, policy-aligned processes.
Important Update (Latest Algorithm Changes) - As of 1st May, 2026
Due to recent updates in Google’s review system, we no longer take up reviews older than 3 weeks.
The platform behavior has become highly unpredictable, especially for older reviews, making outcomes inconsistent even with correct processes.
Additionally, during recent rollouts, there have been cases where previously removed reviews (especially older ones ~3+ months) have reappeared on listings due to platform-side changes.
This is not something controllable from our end, and while rare, it is important to be aware of this before proceeding.

Process Overview
Each case goes through a structured workflow:

- Submitting through appropriate channels
- Escalating where necessary
This is based on experience, pattern recognition, and proper execution, not random reporting.
Key Notes
Will the review be deleted or hidden?
Successful cases result in removal from public view on the listing. No fake engagement or manipulation is used
Can removed reviews come back?
In normal conditions, no. However, due to recent platform changes, there have been rare instances of older removed reviews reappearing. This is a system-side issue and outside operational control
If reviewer posts again?
That is treated as a new case entirely
