This service is usually performed through a previously verified media/press account. Applying as a journalist. The information of the owner of the account to be verified is added to the website. That person is shown as a journalist and a special e-mail address is obtained and that e-mail address is added to his Twitter account. Thus, Twitter is verifying the account, taking into account the reference of the previously verified media account.
