@Swapd @Administrators any chance we can start adding in a feedback profile or something so we can vet who can actually do these things? It seems that unbans/verifications/merges are some of the most popularly requested and most popularly offered services but nobody can actually do them (at least not recently). Would be a nice addition so everyone stops getting their hopes up and wasting time starting tickets with sellers who offer these services but can’t actually deliver on them. Also it seems the most disliked thing on swapped is sellers disappearing after offering a service (they start a convo with you about a service and then don’t reply again). I think adding a feedback component and rating system might encourage sellers to be more prompt.

If you’re making these claims based on the current ticket you have open with me, I suggest you be patient. Between me and boogey we have countless successfully closed tickets. You can check for yourself.
As for the people who claim they can do a service but can’t actually do it, you can see that they haven’t done any sales and are quickly buried or taken down by the poster.
Also if you’re saying no one has recently then maybe there’s correlation and the team in the backend handling these requests are occupied. Not something we sellers are notified about or aware of.
Regardless, terms are honored and time frame is set. And you have the trusty SWAPD team holding funds if things don’t work out. Sometimes it doesn’t, a recent unban wasn’t appealed because content was considered pornography.
Although I do agree that time wasting is one of the most annoying things to deal with as a buyer and seller. Trust me, I’ve been there and done that.

Don’t be so sensitive @Elysian lol. I’m making a general statement based on me using the swapd platform as a newbie for the last few weeks pretty intensively. I think it is a fact that Facebook has either shut down panels or slowed them down significantly which means that most services being offered here at the moment aren’t happening. Despite this, new services are still showing up on @SWAPD offering verification etc when it’s clear they can’t be done. I just want sellers to be realistic about what can be offered as there are lots of buyers like me wanting to buy.

I’m responding for myself and Boogey, nothing sensitive about it. Neither of our services are new. That might be a good point to bring up but not on a sales thread.

Firstly, we don’t have an ongoing ticket. So, if you want to rant, please do it somewhere else.
Again, do we have an ongoing ticket? Please try to understand the fact that I’m not Korean Jesus, as much as I try to help and reply back to people right in time, I have a life too and I’m currently on a forced vacation. If we had an ongoing ticket or I failed you, I wouldn’t mind your rant.
I’m not sure who you’re talking about here, I’ve delivered 15+ verifications here. So if yours isn’t happening you believe it can’t be done?
PSA:
I have tickets going on right now without pre-payments who’s PR I’ve already paid for and if I don’t get them verified I don’t get paid, so please don’t bully me guys. Sometimes things aren’t in your control but even then I take care of people and work on getting things sorted. So no one has to pay anything until the end goal is not met.
I will update it on here and my clients would do the same once I get them verified. 
And those who haven’t received a response back from me, please do not get sweaty, I will get back to each and everyone, If I don’t do that you can bully @RandyMarsh

@Boogeyman what are you even talking about? I was making a general statement, and tried to get a discussion going to helped the @SWAPD team improve their site. I didn’t mention you or @Elysian. I included it in this correspondence because it keeps showing up on the ‘hot’ list. Like I said I know this isn’t your fault (it is a function of the site as each time a post gets a comment it goes back onto the ‘hot’ list), but I definitely wasn’t having a go at you. There’s no general chatting section on swapd yet so I guess this is it.
PSA: I just learned that there’s a war on at FB right now about portal access because it’s being abused so until they figure out who will maintain access it is temporarily not working. Even executives aren’t allowed to send anything up the ladder right now.
Anyway that’s enough for now. I definitely wasn’t ranting I’m just trying to help improve the system. Cheers
