How do you approach people for collaborations shares?

Hey everyone,

Knowledge is money, right? I regularly see social media channels that have a brilliant following but who have no idea about monetizing. They could make a lot of money. They also decline my quite decent offers most of the time. How do you approach people that have absolutely no clue?

mostly a decent payment per posting on their channel, very non-intrusive and naturally aligned with the interest of the audience. It does not look like an ad at all.
