How do you clean inactive followers?

I’m looking for a program which can take a look at the followers of an account, and provide me with a list of users that have not engaged with my content for X amount of time.

I know socialproaudit provide a follower cleaner but it requires you to be logged in with your Instagram account. I do not want to connect my account to a third party app for obvious reasons.

Anything exist out there?

All apps that are used for removing followers would ask for access. How else are they supposed to remove followers?

I don’t want them to remove the followers. I want them to give me a list, so I can manually remove them
