  1. Send an Email to Support
  • Use the email address you registered with to contact support@swapd.co.
  • Include your username and the new email address you want to use.

  • Once we process your request, you’ll receive a response confirming the email change.
  1. Verify Your New Email
  • After the change is made, you’ll have 24 hours to verify the new email address by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox.
  • Important: The link will expire after 24 hours, so don’t delay!

  • In rare cases, SWAPD staff may require additional identity verification to complete the email change.
  • Ensure the new email address is valid and accessible before submitting your request.
