How to Request Account Closure
- Send an Email:
- Email support@swapd.co from the email address you used to sign up.
- Include your username in the email for faster processing.
What Happens to Your Data?
- For Users Without Transaction History:
- Your account and all associated data will be fully erased from the system.
- For Users With Transaction History:
- Your account will be anonymized to ensure it cannot be tied back to you.
- However, due to tax regulations, SWAPD is required to retain records of your purchases and sales for five years.
- These records will remain secure and are not publicly accessible.
