So I keep on reading about it, but I was just wondering if anyone has any tips? Do I just open a ticket and run with the money or how does it work?
Would be useful to get advice from users with successful exit scams! I want real advice

Hi,
I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the 24-hour grace period.
I understand why a 24-hour grace period exists, and I think it’s a good policy for most services. However, I don’t think it should apply to recovery services.
Recovery cases are very different from other services. Once an account has been successfully recovered and delivered, there is no guarantee that the platform won’t disable or remove it again later. Social media platforms frequently run enforcement waves, and accounts can be removed again for reasons completely outside the provider’s control.
Because of this, the 24-hour grace period creates unnecessary risk for recovery providers. Even after a successful recovery, there is always a chance the account could be disabled again due to a new removal wave or an action taken by the platform itself. This can result in financial losses and disputes, even though the recovery service was completed successfully.
I’ve had many discussions and arguments with people about this issue, and it’s a common concern among recovery providers.
My suggestion would be to keep the 24-hour grace period for all other services, but make an exception for recovery services. Since there is no way to guarantee that a recovered account will remain active after delivery, recovery services should not be subject to the same grace period.
I’d like to know your thoughts on this and whether this exception could be considered.
No 24 hour grace period would help me exit scam better this is a good idea
As far as I’ve seen, this usually doesn’t happen with the unban service. Once an account is successfully unbanned, it’s generally a legitimate restoration rather than a temporary one.
The only exception is if the platform or the account owner takes further action afterward, which can result in the account being disabled again. In those situations, the subcontractor ends up bearing the financial loss. That’s why I’m requesting that the 24-hour grace period not apply to the recovery/unban service.
