How to fix "You have reached the limit for the number of Businesses you can create at this time."?

Hey,

I have a problem with one of my accounts. My account keeps giving me this error when I try to change it from a personal to a business/creator account:

What I have done so far:

  • Tried to link the IG via a Facebook page. That works, but still doesn’t make it possible to switch to a professional account
  • Tried changing to a business account on 3 different devices
  • Switched the account from public to private & back to public
  • Re-logged in

I literally have no idea at this point. I have had this message earlier, but always found a way to change it. But now, nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have the solution to this? Would really appreciate it :slight_smile:

Change the account as private

Connect it to business manager

Then change it to professional account with the profile.

It worked.

After going private, I linked the page via FB. I changed the IG account to a professional account via the Facebook page & that finally worked.

Yes, linking the page when it is in private will solve almost all the problems related to business account.

And pls mark as answered :crazy_face:
