How to not get scammed on Instagram?

Hi!

Iøm buying an instagram acc, and how do I know that he’s giving me the ‘‘OG email’’?
Because if he isnt, he can report it stolen and get the account back afterwards. How do I know that he’s not lying about giving the OG email??
