Hi Swapd Folks,
I seem to have a media partner panel which has all the features, like requesting verification for FB/IG. Requesting takedown of impostor accounts, merging accounts and so on.

But I don’t have a FB account manager. Whenever I try to request a IG verification, the response from the FB team is to apply in-app using the form.

Is a media partner panel form useless without a contact at FB/Account Manager. Please advise.
I am also ready to send in requests for you if you could help me out, thanks

Probably the support channel/portal you are using, not media support.

This is the panel I have - Could someone comment what kind of panel it is and if it is any use or useless?

Yes, it seems that is what it is. I have tried applying for two IG accounts and it didn’t work out.

The team eventually says it’s out of their scope of power - although there is this option to request verification.

Any idea where am I going wrong?

That form simply can’t verify accounts. Unfortunately.
