Any investor should be able to recoup at a 100% rate if they’re funding your entire operation. At 30%, if you make $33k, the investor would only get their $10k back while you keep $23k, which doesn’t seem fair.
Also, it’d help if you could share the links to the channels you’ve grown before and the documentary videos you mentioned, so people can better understand what you’re doing.

As I said in my post, the investor will still receive 10% of my “monthly” adsense revenue for another 24 months after I returned all of His/Her money.

To clarify, I read your entire post carefully. I never claimed you didn’t offer 10% of revenue for 24 months. My point was that a payback rate of 30% is unfair. If you generate $33k, the investor would recoup his $10k, leaving you with $23k in profit, after which you’d begin paying 10% for 24 months. It’s essential to repay the investor at a 100% rate. This means that the first $10k you earn should go directly towards paying back the investor, rather than requiring you to generate $33k to reimburse them.
